We will take all reasonable steps to make a decision as to the complaint within twenty (20) days of receipt of the complaint. In the event that you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by us you can make a complaint to the Privacy Commissioner at http://www.privacy.org.nz .

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. Any changes we make to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this page and, if we consider it appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
